Nothing ever stays the same in Singapore, well, besides its strict laws and despite being one of the smallest nations in the world, we certainly love to build the biggest, highest and have the best of. This is a series of photos I took whilst in Singapore recently, i loved wondering around the harbour and capturing the architectural lines and modern curves of the monolithic structures that juxtapose the historic Singapore river.
Always Sunny in Sydney
Sydney always reminds me of home (Singapore) - the hustle and bustle of the city and I hate to admit it but when it comes to weather and coastal landscapes, Sydney wins hands down over Melbourne. I also discovered on my recent trip up that their barista skills are actually improving, and you can find Cronuts in almost every cafe (yum!). I am also frustrated that Hurricanes (best ribs EVER!) hasn't found its way down to Melbourne and that Darling Harbour poo's all over Docklands.
Sorry Melbourne, but I think I am seriously considering making Sydney my second home. Now all I have to do is find wedding work in Sydney to have as many excuses as possible to be there.
And yes, I am motivated by food!
Zane & Calvin
Ok, so this gorgeous couple (and dear friends of mine) officially deserves a swoon rating of 5 out of 5 hearts, needless to say, I did not want to put down my camera at all for this shoot. A love story right out of the fairytales, Calvin (originally from South Africa) and Zane (originally from Latvia) met and fell in love while competing at international archery events. And in just one week time, they will be officially tying the knot and they've asked me to be their photographer! Super excited!
